What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Newport

Every engagement follows the same six-step sequence. Nothing is improvised. If you have worked with contractors who did not follow a documented process, this is what that looks like in practice.

1

Initial call

We discuss your space type, square footage, frequency requirements and any compliance or access constraints. This takes 10–15 minutes. You will speak to someone who can actually quote the job, not a call centre.

2

Walkthrough (5,000 sq ft and above)

We visit the facility during business hours. We document floor types, restroom count, break room configuration, access points and any areas requiring special handling. This walkthrough is free and generates the written scope.

3

Written scope and quote

You receive a document listing every task, every room, the products used, the frequency and the price. Sign it and it becomes the contract. No verbal commitments that disappear later.

4

Crew assignment and orientation

Before the first clean, your named crew lead receives the scope, reviews access procedures and completes a facility orientation. The same crew returns on every scheduled visit unless you are notified otherwise.

5

First clean and confirmation

We notify you by 7am the morning after the first clean. If anything on the scope was missed or needs adjustment, we correct it at no charge and update the scope document the same day.

6

30-day check-in

At 30 days, we schedule a brief call to review performance, adjust frequency if your needs have changed, and confirm the crew assignment is still the right fit. After that, you hear from us only if something changes or you reach out.

Response Commitment

Any issue reported before 5pm on a business day gets a response that day. Any issue reported after 5pm gets a response before 9am the next business day. We do not have a 24-hour hotline, and we do not claim one.
