Do you clean residential homes?
No. We clean commercial and light industrial spaces only — offices, multi-tenant buildings, professional suites, small manufacturing facilities and similar. For residential cleaning, you will need a separate provider.
How do you price a job?
We price based on square footage, space type, frequency and services included. For spaces under 5,000 sq ft, we can usually quote over the phone. For larger or more complex facilities, we schedule a free walkthrough first. Every price is delivered in writing before the first clean.
What is included in nightly commercial cleaning?
Standard nightly scope covers: emptying and relining trash and recycling, vacuuming carpeted areas, mopping hard floors, wiping hard surfaces and high-touch points, cleaning and sanitising restrooms, and resetting break rooms. The written scope for your facility documents exactly what is included.
Can I get the same crew every visit?
Yes. Crew assignments are documented before day one and do not change without notification. If a crew lead has a scheduled absence, we notify you in advance and introduce the substitute before their first solo visit.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance, are bonded, and carry workers' compensation on all crew members. A certificate of insurance is provided with every written quote. More detail on the insured and bonded page.
How long have you been in business?
22 years. We have been operating in the East Metro since before most current competitors were incorporated in Minnesota.
What if I want to switch from my current cleaning company?

Do you provide cleaning supplies and restroom consumables?
We supply all cleaning chemicals and equipment. Restroom consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, liners) can be included as a separate line item on the quote — some clients prefer to supply their own, which is also fine.
